I must offer some remarks as to the necessity of some arrangement in the future.
When Mr McCallum was appointed the only analytical work contemplated was in criminal cases of poisoning. Afterwards when he was appointed to the Sanitary Board it was, as previous correspondence shows, with the intention that he should do the Sanitary Analytical work as well as the duties of Secretary, but with the increase of work in connection with the new Stealth Ordinance and the new
